Refund policy

We take great pride in creating custom, bespoke portraits, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, the following terms apply:

1. Custom Artwork Policy
All portraits are custom-made based on the details and photographs provided by you. As a result, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on any completed artwork.

2. Deposit and Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the artwork, prior to delivery. The deposit is non-refundable as it covers the time and materials used in creating your bespoke portrait.

3. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order before the creation of your portrait has begun, the deposit can be refunded. Once the creation process has started, the deposit is non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Artwork
In the rare event that your portrait arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will work with you to either repair or replace the artwork, depending on the situation. All claims for damaged artwork must be made within 2 days of delivery.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive for excellence and will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure your vision is captured. If you have concerns about your portrait before the final balance is due, please communicate them promptly so that adjustments can be made. We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork.
