2. Processing Time

  • Once the final balance is paid, please allow 5-7 business days for your custom portrait to be carefully packaged and shipped.
  • Custom portraits are handmade, and the processing time can vary depending on the size and complexity of the artwork. If you have a specific deadline, please let us know in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

3. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Orders: Delivery time is typically 5-10 business days from the date of shipping within the country.
  • International Orders: International shipping times can vary and may take anywhere from 10-30 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Once your portrait has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Packaging

  • All portraits are carefully packaged using protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take every precaution to protect your custom artwork during shipping, including reinforced packaging for larger or delicate pieces.

6. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive for timely delivery, please note that shipping delays may occur due to factors outside of our control, including weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or shipping company once the package is in transit.

7. Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses. If the address needs to be updated after the order is placed, please notify us immediately.

8. Customs and Import Taxes (International Orders)

  • For international shipments, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.
