By using our services to commission a bespoke portrait, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

1. Commission Process

• All portraits are created based on the details and photographs you provide. You are responsible for submitting accurate and high-quality images to ensure the best possible representation of your pet or subject.
• A 50% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your commission. The remaining 50% is due upon completion, prior to shipping or delivery.
• Once the commission has been confirmed, the creation process will begin. You will receive updates during the process, and we welcome feedback to ensure your satisfaction with the final piece.

2. Payment Terms

• Payment for commissions must be made through our online store at the time of ordering.
• The 50% deposit is non-refundable once the creation process has begun.
• The final balance must be paid in full prior to the shipment or delivery of the completed portrait.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

• If you wish to cancel your order before the creation of your portrait has begun, the deposit will be refunded. Once the artwork has begun, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
• Due to the custom nature of the artwork, completed portraits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
• If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution, which may include repair or replacement depending on the extent of the damage.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Once the final payment is received, the portrait will be shipped or delivered to the address provided by you. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the size of the artwork.
• We are not responsible for any delays in shipping once the artwork has been dispatched. Any shipping issues must be addressed with the carrier directly.

5. Ownership and Usage Rights

• Upon completion and final payment, the customer will own the physical portrait.
• The artist retains the right to use photographs of the artwork for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website, and marketing materials.
• The portrait is for personal use only. Commercial use of the portrait is prohibited without prior written consent from the artist.

6. Responsibility for Accuracy

• You are responsible for providing accurate and detailed information, including correct spelling for names or special requests. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Any personal information collected during the commission process will be used solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for shipping and payment processing.
• Your privacy is important to us, and we will make every effort to protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

• While we take great care in creating and delivering your portrait, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Changes to Terms of Service

• We reserve the right to update or amend these terms of service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
